Customer hereby acknowledges FITTEAM GLOBAL’s First Order Only, 100% 90-day satisfaction guarantee policy states that you, the Customer, shall receive a full refund of all monies paid for ONLY the PRODUCT if you return resalable product (must include FITTEAM FIT Box) to FITTEAM GLOBAL with an appropriate MRA#, (MRA# is received by emailing customerservice [at] fitteamglobal.com) within ninety (90) days of the sales transaction date. Preferred Customer Memberships, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Any non-First orders, or Loyalty Program orders, will only be eligible for a Company Credit, less a minimum 10% restocking fee, less the shipping and handling, and sales tax charges. There will be no refunds for non-First orders.
For First Order Returns within 90-Days of the sales transaction date, Membership fees, shipping and handling charges incurred will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping, and responsible for any lost packages. FITTEAM GLOBAL encourages the Customer to purchase insurance and tracking for their Returns. After ninety (90) days of the sales transaction date of the First Order, no refunds will be offered.
If a Customer Refuses a shipment, FITTEAM GLOBAL will assess a 20% ReStocking fee for the additional handling and shipping charges, and FITTEAM GLOBAL will not issue a Refund for the original shipping charges. If a Customer Refuses a shipment and the shipment is lost by the mailing service, the Customer will be liable for the product purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
