Gingerbread Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

Makes a 16oz Smoothie

  • 1 serving, FITTEAM Lean Protein
  • ½ cups, Rolled Oats, raw
  • 1 Tbs Almond Butter
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Cashew Milk
  • 1 oz Ginger
  • 1 tsp All Spice
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Medium Banana (preferably frozen, depending on the consistency you desire)
  • 1 cup Ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed for 30 secs or until smooth/to the desired consistency.

Sip & Enjoy!
