Mother’s Day is almost here! Skip the cliche flowers and chocolates (unless that’s what Mom truly wants, of course), and give your mom the gift of health this Mother’s Day! We have some ideas to get your creative juices flowing.

Think about the type of food mom cooks (or wish she cooked) that will help her on her wellness journey. It could be on-the-go snacks, crockpot/one-pot meals, or healthy desserts. Then checkout popular lists either online or in retail stores to choose a cookbook that’s right for her.

Birchbox is an example, but there are others out there. Each month, subscribers get personalized beauty samples from different categories (i.e. skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care) delivered to their home. This is the perfect way for mom to try out new beauty products, without committing to the full size or price.
