Energizing Watermelon Smoothie Recipe

Are you feeling some lethargy due to the change in season? It’s normal. It’s expected. Our bodies undergo natural adaptations along with mother nature, so experiencing some change in energy along with the change in the leaves is not surprising. PLUS, I know many of you are busy training for the Palm Beach Marathon that’s right around the corner. As such, your body needs nourishment, hydration and maybe even a natural pick-me-up.

As you know, the ingredients* in both FITTEAM FIT and LEAN not only support your goals for having increased energy, naturally, but also provide nutrients for building healthy, strong muscles. In this smoothie, we also included watermelon and orange. While not “seasonal” to Fall, the flavors and nutritional properties of these two fruits are sure to give you a wake-up call by naturally hydrating your body and even enhancing your mood.

Ingredients:

Makes 1 Serving

  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 3 slices Orange, peeled
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 serving FITTEAM LEAN
  • 1 serving FITTEAM FIT
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth, and drink right away for an immediate energy BOOST!
