Holiday Egg Nog Smoothie Recipe

Being a born and raised Florida girl, I can’t say I know what it’s like to appreciate the sensations of sipping warm Eggnog by a fire during the holiday season, but I imagine it’s popular for good reason. The creamy texture and warm spices of Eggnog can naturally heat you right up! Maybe even throw in some ice and drink it outside if our in the South like me. 😉

HOLIDAY EGGNOG SMOOTHIE RECIPE

This recipe also includes healthy sources of fat (from coconut, nuts (depending on the non-dairy milk you choose), and a whole egg) to actually help you burn fat and give you more energy! Not only that, fat and protein are slower digesting compared to complex carbs, so this shake combined with a *FIT will help keep you fuller, longer, during holiday happenings!

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ c Coconut Milk (full fat)
  • ¾ c other Non-Dairy Milk
  • 2 Servings FITTEAM LEAN Protein
  • **1 whole egg, raw (**Optional. Consume at your own risk!)
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth! Enjoy immediately!
