Then depending on the size set the goal of how many times you should be filling it up in a day. For example, if you have a 20oz water bottle you could set a goal to drink 4 full bottles a day! This is different for everyone so check with your doctor about how much water intake you should have daily then make that your goal.

Try adding warm water and hydrating liquids into your diet, if an ice water doesn’t sound appealing maybe a warm glass does!
