- 1 serving Lean Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
- 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
- Optional: Whipped Cream & Sprinkles
Directions:
