  • 1 serving Lean Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
  • Optional: Whipped Cream & Sprinkles

 

Directions:
